I recently had a positive overall experience with AAMCO while addressing a concerning noise in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The initial courtesy check confirmed the issue, and Daniel Reynaud, the store manager, offered an 'advanced powertrain diagnosis' to address it, albeit at an additional cost. While there was a disagreement regarding the differential gear ratio initially diagnosed as 4.56 instead of 4.88, I must commend the team for their professionalism in handling the situation. The staff, including Daniel, were receptive to my concerns and worked towards finding a resolution. Despite the disagreement, the commitment to customer satisfaction was evident. The team rectified the error promptly and ensured the correct installation of gears in my Jeep, leaving me with a positive impression of their commitment to delivering quality service. I appreciate AAMCO's efforts in addressing the disagreement and ensuring a satisfactory resolution. It speaks volumes about their dedication to customer care.
