Great place to take your car in for service. I will be back for all of my future car needs - thanks. You guys are great.
The crew here at AAMCO did a phenomenal job! They were so kind and accommodating, which was refreshing since as a single mom, auto issues can be intimidating. I highly recommend them for any of your repair needs :-)
Excellent work and service. Friendly staff.
Great service. Dewayne was wonderful. He made spending a big chunk of money as painless as possible.
They did the work quickly to accommodate my schedule.
Service was great. They helped find the problem quickly and effectively with minimal cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Friendly, good judgment, practical advice, reasonable charges, trusted.
AAMCO - Indy NE did what they said they would. Fixed my trucks's transmission for a better price in a shorter down time than my other options.
Great for any mechanical needs. They were very thorough in their assessment of my vehicle and only recommended what it needed. A VERY honest shop. I will bring all of my vehicles here in the future. They were very responsive, communicated well, and delivered as promised
Awesome place to get your car serviced, whether it’s transmission related or any other auto-care work. Wonderful staff that go above and beyond to ensure that car is overall good shape. Definitely would come back here.
Owner was amazing to work with. Was there on a Sunday when I showed up and let me in a took my car. All while they were closed. Really nice staff and are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend!!
This place is awesome. The best kept secret in Indianapolis. Nick and Mike were amazing from the time I dropped off my vehicle until the time I picked it up. My aSUV has never ran better. It’s almost like a new truck. Prices are reasonable and very highly recommended. Great experience and customer service. DJ
Brought my truck to AAMCO as this was my first time ever using this company and not the last. The person I dealt with "Jeremy" was very courteous explained what they were going to do and called me when they had to take another revenue and explained the process of that the new revenue and the expenses of it also. My truck was done in a timely manner and the price was fair.
My 2002 Toyota Camry recently had a problem shifting between lower and higher gears. I took it to a shop in Wyoming, who was unable to fix the problem completely. My own garage here in town, Tyler Auto, told me to take it to Aamco. Their diagnostic procedures are very thorough, it seems as though they have a lot of different equipment at their disposal to do very detailed tasks, tests they can run without even taking it out for a spin. Because of this they seem to have figured out precisely what the problems were with a minimum of labor. At first they used aftermarket parts. Once it was discovered that aftermarket parts would not work, they purchased Toyota parts at a higher price, but only charged me for the price of the original parts that they used, and I only paid once for both sets of parts - very generous of them. About a week later, the check engine light came back on. After another 3 hours of diagnostics, they figured out exactly what the problem was and, even though they may not have caused the problem, they fixed it for free. I did not have an extra car, and they're not too far from my house. So I brought my bike, but the tires were flat so they pumped those up cheerfully . When I came back to pick up the car, I realized I needed to squish the bike into the trunk because I had to pick up my kids. So Nick helped me get the rear tire off cheerfully. The next time I have any problem that is in their area of expertise, I will go to them without hesitation.
