Great place to take your car in for service. I will be back for all of my future car needs - thanks. You guys are great.
The crew here at AAMCO did a phenomenal job! They were so kind and accommodating, which was refreshing since as a single mom, auto issues can be intimidating. I highly recommend them for any of your repair needs :-)
Excellent work and service. Friendly staff.
Great service. Dewayne was wonderful. He made spending a big chunk of money as painless as possible.
They did the work quickly to accommodate my schedule.
Service was great. They helped find the problem quickly and effectively with minimal cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Friendly, good judgment, practical advice, reasonable charges, trusted.
AAMCO - Indy NE did what they said they would. Fixed my trucks's transmission for a better price in a shorter down time than my other options.
Great for any mechanical needs. They were very thorough in their assessment of my vehicle and only recommended what it needed. A VERY honest shop. I will bring all of my vehicles here in the future. They were very responsive, communicated well, and delivered as promised
The first experience with this location was when I was in need of a new transmission. They were timely, efficient, very effective, and above all very kind. Since then I've come to AAMCO to service my vehicle and my girlfriend's vehicle as well. They're always quick to respond and help me out. I can't imagine getting my car care anywhere else!
I had a 2011 mustang 5.0 6 speed manual and 5th and 6th gear was out. They totally rebuilt my transmission and upgraded parts in the transmission and it runs great now! They also put a new clutch and flywheel in. Everything feels great and is working perfectly! Took them a little longer than they originally planned due to finding other things that needed fixing and parts being on back order. They were super fair on price since they had the car for a while. Overall great value, very friendly and helpful, great deal! Would definitely use them again!
My dodge journey was giving me problems so I took it here to see if it was the transmission. The only reason I didn't use their service is because I decided that I didn't want to put that much money in this vehicle. They kept me informed and up to date EVERY step of the way. They were very professional and compassionate about the issues that I was having... They also offer a service for people that is looking to buy cars... They do a full inspection on the vehicle for you... If I could give them 100 stars I would..
I've had more experiences here than most customers: our family has had three vehicles serviced by AAMCO Castleton multiple times (for different issues), and during the last two years have had three transmissions rebuilt. This last year they installed a rebuilt transmission into our Mazda 5, and we recently returned to have it serviced after swapping out the engine--but this time was pleased to hear that the transmission fluid was low--nothing major. This AAMCO has always done an excellent job fixing our transmissions. They're friendly, professional and go out of their way to help in unadvertised ways. Recently when I had mentioned an exhaust leak, they offered to weld it. The car had additional engine issues which they also diagnosed. I appreciate that the offer fair and complete estimates, and the repair costs are highly reasonable. Last year we took our Honda Odyssey (with AAMCO rebuilt transmission) out West. We ran into a transmission issue, and were able to have it diagnosed at an AAMCO in Colorado since AAMCO repairs have a nationwide warranty, serviceable by any of the affiliated shops. I highly recommend that you take your vehicle here.
We were told by a different mechanic that we had a transmission problem. All the other places nearby had a ridiculously long wait but Aamco said to drop it off on a Friday and they could look at it over the weekend. They spent a long time checking it out and driving it just to find that it wasn't even a transmission problem after all. They were able to make a great guess to what it actually was, didn't even charge me for all the time they spent, and sent me off to find a new mechanic who was able to fix the issue.
